Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products may be offered with special purchase options, including preorders, backorders, limited drops, deposits, payment plans, or other delayed-fulfillment purchase methods.

By selecting one of these purchase options at checkout, you agree to the terms listed on the product page and in this policy.

Preorders & Backorders

Preorder and backorder items are paid for at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Estimated ship dates are provided as accurately as possible, but they are not guaranteed. Production delays, supplier delays, shipping delays, and other situations outside of our control may affect the final ship date.

Customers may request to cancel a preorder or backorder before the order has entered production, packing, or shipment.

Once an order has entered production, has been customized, has been packed, or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Limited Drops

Limited drop items may have restricted cancellation availability due to limited inventory and short production windows.

Cancellation requests for limited drop items must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the order may be locked for fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

This includes items made specifically for the customer, limited-run products, special sizing, custom print work, or any product clearly marked as custom or made-to-order.

Deposits

If a product is purchased using a deposit option, the deposit may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If the customer cancels before the final payment is made, any refundable amount will depend on the specific product terms listed at the time of purchase.

Failure to complete final payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of any non-refundable deposit.

Payment Plans

Orders purchased through a payment plan are subject to the payment provider’s terms in addition to our store policy.

Canceling a payment plan does not automatically cancel an order unless the cancellation is approved by Hostile Garage before production, packing, or shipment begins.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your name, order number, and the item you wish to cancel.

We will review the request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. Hostile Garage does not control processing times after a refund has been issued.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Orders cannot be canceled once they have:

  • Entered production
  • Been customized or personalized
  • Been packed for shipment
  • Shipped
  • Been marked final sale
  • Passed the stated cancellation window

Policy Changes

Hostile Garage reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
