Current Status: Frame is being reassembled. Waiting on Parts... OEM Parts from 2007 are proving to be hard to find. Go figure.

Brakes, Upgraded.

Fresh Powerstop drilled and Slotted Rotors, with fresh Pads. Front and Rear.

Proof.

This is what the Driveline used to look like. I'm not sure how old it is, but the Aluminum is definitely pretty hazy.

This is what the Driveline looks like now, but also with new U-Joints (not photo'd).

To start off, I used a Red Scotchbrite and scuffed the entire driveline. After that, I graduated to a 400-Grit Wetsand, 800-Grit Wetsand, then a 1500-Grit Wetsand. Once that was finished, I polished it out with a Blue polishing pad and somes Adam's 'One-Step Metal Polish', before finishing it with a Red Finishing Pad and the same Metal Polish.

Got the Hitch Reassembled!

All the Hardware is Brand New from B&W. Then I gave it to my buddy Billy, owner of Iron Born Armory. He sandblasted and cerakoted everything and it turned out absolutely amazing.
